Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our expanding service charge accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and experience preparing service charge accounts using missing record techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare service charge accounts for Freehold and RMC statutory accounting.

• Deliver timely, accurate, and clear accounts.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Provide top-level customer service to clients.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Working knowledge of BTC, Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel is desirable but not essential.

• Familiarity with service charge accounting complexities is required.
